Energy saving and highest performance

DCW are used in all closed circuit plants using water/glycol mixtures for cooling purposes in various production processes. Thanks to their exchangers, these drycoolers are particularly suitable for the cooling of oil-pressure plants; furthermore they can be connected with chillers working in closed circuit conditions, thus creating different economizing cooling systems (free cooling). In this case, depending on the season, the dry cooler partially or totally replaces the water chiller, ensuring considerable energy savings.

Heat exchanger

The heat exchangers are equipped with high-efficiency copper tubes and aluminum grates, specially designed for automatic gravitational discharge.

User Friendly Touch Screen

Panel with IPSS protection, complete with electronic control for setting and displaying temperatures (also available in remote version).

Axial fans

EC fans with integrated electronics that allow to optimize power consumption in every working condition.

High efficiency pumps

Close-coupled centrifugal electric pump with wide operating range, to ensure chilled water flow rates with maximum efficiency.

Tank

The sprayed water, discharged from the adiabatic and enthalpic kits, is 100% collected inside the internal tank for disposal.

Aluminium air filters

The washable aluminum air filters kit protects the heat exchangers from dust and external agents, guaranteeing maximum capacity and minimizing maintenance operations. (Optional with /CA version).

Different versions

DCW cooling batteries are made in different models adaptable to different customer needs and operating conditions. Depending on the expectations of energy savings, in the short or long term, it is possible to recommend the right type of investment to optimize the expenditure.

  • DCW /HP, standard version optimized to work in "dry" mode
  • DCW /A, adiabatic version with low pressure drop plastic panel
  • DCW /CA, adiabatic version with very high efficiency cellulose panel
  • DCW /E, version with enthalpy kit that exploits the vaporization of the sprayed water
